What are IQF and NFC Fruit, Vegetables and Juices?

IQF stands for “Individually Quick Frozen.” This is where food products are individually frozen in a very short period of time at - 40 ºC temperature. The water inside the fruit or vegetable is frozen which provides a long life for food products without the need for additives.
NFC: "Not from Concentrate" juices are are juices that have never been concentrated to remove water. They can be unpasteurised and then frozen (storage and transport) and/or pasteurised and then stored and shipped at ambient temperatures.
