Multiflora Honey

From mid September 2011 onwards we will be able to supply our customers with a pure, raw, strained, multiflora honey in 26 kg buckets ex the San Jeronimo Miramar private natural reserve on the tropical volcanic slopes of Guatemala's Pacific Coast in Central America. This new stock line will be a valuable addition to our range of ingredients destined for the marmalade, jam, chutney and sauce industries.

JC Dudley wins No 1 Supplier Award

JC Dudley are delighted to have won Innocent Smoothies No 1 Supplier Award for 2010. Mark, Helena and Lynn received the 'Golden Smoothie' award at a glitzy ceremony at Fruit Towers in early December.

Lynn Wright - Technical Manager

Lynn Wright joined us at the beginning of January as our Technical Manager. It is the first time that we have had an in-house technical department and we, our suppliers and customers will certainly see the benefits. Her responsibilities are wide-ranging as they cover all technical and quality aspects of the business. As a trained BRC auditor and with previous experience within the fruit juice industry Lynn aims to further improve our systems and procedures, which can only better the working relationship with our suppliers and the service to our customers.
